• Go to Policy > (Select type of policie)

To send, you have to preselect the users to whom you will send the message.

After selecting them, you should click on the message button.

A pop-up window will appear where you will place the name of the message, or action that will help to track it, the message to be sent, whether you will send it immediately or on a specific date. After entering the information, proceed to send the SMS.
